Anupama adds cuteness to the screen and the chemistry between the lead pair makes this film worth watching. Naresh in his character of Bangarraju and Indraja do justice to their roles. Tanikella Bharani, Raja Raveendra, Amulya, Prabhas Seenu play their roles to perfection.

Technicians:

Mickey J Mayer is a huge asset to this movie. He has done it in the past by producing a wonderful music for Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimale Chettu which is also set in a rural backdrop. He goes two levels higher for this film and produces lovely and heart touching music. The lyrics penned by Rama Jagayya Sastry and Srimani also have a lot of meaning in them. Sameer Reddy does magic with his visuals. The dialogues are penned in an excellent manner. All the dialogues make the audience think about family and relationships. The screenplay is also very smooth which makes everybody relax and enjoy the film.

Zee Cinemalu Review

For a movie which has many similarities with some of the movies in the past, had to be something different to make an impression. Satish Vegesna does exactly that by incorporating a strong ad unique grandfather grandson relationship concept with a lot of connect with the village atmosphere. His thought of including Sankranti celebrations in the movie makes this film all the more interesting to watch. The movie starts with the voice over given by Murali Mohan which sets the movie up brilliantly. Sharwanand's portrayal, the chemistry between him and Anupama, scenes where he takes the responsibility of things envisioned by is grandfather are wonderfully shot. The point of staying connected to the roots is well narrated with the right amounts of sentiment, love and comedy.

Overall, Shatamanam Bhavati is a film which one can watch with the entire family.
