Rowdy Alludu @25

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s mass entertainer Rowdy Alludu completes 25 years today. Chiranjeevi played dual role in this film in the characters of Kalyan and Auto Johny. Auto Johny character was hugely popular back then and even now Chiranjeevi fans feel proud about the charisma of Megastar in this particular character.

Chiranjeevi expressed his thought of doing a double role with Raghavendra Rao and Raghavendra Rao immediately narrated this story which impressed Megastar. Satyanand wrote the story for the film and Raghavendra Rao portrayed Chiranjeevi’s character in a new way with different mannerisms. Chiranjeevi excelled in portraying the character of Auto Johnny and especially his dialogue Idhar ka maal udhar, udhar ka maal idhar impressed everyone.

Chiru’s comedy and body language are the major assets of the movie. Music was composed by Bappi Lahri and the audio of the film was a huge hit. Megastar’s dance for Bolo Bolo Bolo Rani song started being performed by many youngsters in different functions.
