Balakrishna ‘Yagam’

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s prestigious 100th movie Gautamiputra Satakarani is currently being shot in Madhya Pradesh. A few important scenes are being filmed with actors Balakrishna, Shriya and Hema Malini. The unit is filming the Rajasuya Yagam scenes where the lead actor expressed his thought of ruling the entire Indian provinces. According to history, it was during this Yagam Satakarani added his mother’s name to his and called himself as GautamiPutra Satakarani and announced this date as the first day of the new era. From then, the Telugu land started to celebrate this day as Ugadi. Krish Jagarlamudi is directing the movie and Bollywood’s yesteryear dream girl Hema Malini plays the role of Satakarni’s mother Gautami.
